MEET
Dr. Elaine Paik
Dr. Paik is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with fellowship training in Geriatrics and faculty development, with over 24 years of experience caring for patients in Fort Worth. She practices full-spectrum medicine with a focus on women’s health, using a practical “one-stop” approach, managing as much as possible and referring only when truly needed.
After years in the insurance-based system, she grew frustrated with rushed visits and impersonal care. She founded Elementary Primary Care to do things differently: offering unhurried visits, real relationships, and care that’s truly centered around the patient. Her work is grounded not only in experience, but also in her Christian faith, which guides her commitment to serve others with compassion, humility, and purpose.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Paik has spent over a decade mentoring youth through Scouts of America and has served as a medic for a national-level Tae Kwon Do team. At home, she’s a mom of two teenagers, often at a Tae Kwon Do ring or camping with scouts, usually with one of her three rescue dogs nearby. She enjoys building and creating, from crocheting to welding, and has a lifelong love of food and cooking.

Why “Elementary”?
“Elementary” means going back to the basics and finding the root cause. Dr. Paik is like a detective searching for the missing pieces in your healthcare.
Slowing down, listening, and understanding what’s really going on.
When there is time to truly understand a patient, things begin to change:
Pain eases. Medications are reduced.
People feel like themselves again.
Not overnight. Not through shortcuts.
But by getting to the root of the problem.
Our Core Values
Time
Care that isn’t rushed or cut short
Clarity
Understanding your health in a way that makes sense
Honesty
Real conversations, even when they’re not easy

What Makes Us Different
You will leave understanding more than when you came in.
We believe you deserve to understand what is happening in your body, not just be told what to do. We will walk you through it, translate the medical language into something real and usable, and help you feel confident in the decisions you are making.
Think of it as having an expert in your corner who not only cares about your health but wants you to truly understand it.
