We work through a flat monthly membership that covers your primary care needs
Members get direct access to Dr. Paik, a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 24 years of experience. As a Direct Primary Care practice, we provide comprehensive Family Medicine under one roof through a simple membership model designed to make care more personal, accessible, and easy to understand. That means no surprise fees, no hidden charges, and no copays, just transparent, straightforward care.

Elementary Primary Care is not a fee-for-service practice. Rather than paying for each office visit, patients join through a monthly membership that provides direct access to primary care. For about the cost of a daily coffee, members receive accessible care without the complexity of paying visit by visit.

If you have employer-funded HRA or FSA dollars, you may be able to use them to help cover your membership costs.

Dr. Paik believes care begins with being truly heard. With more than 24 years of experience serving the Fort Worth community, she helps patients navigate their health with clarity, compassion, and expert guidance. As a board-certified Family Medicine physician with fellowship training in Geriatrics, she provides comprehensive care that is both deeply personal and grounded in years of clinical experience.

Her approach centers on listening well, understanding each patient’s story, and focusing on care. That means taking the time to look beyond quick fixes, reducing unnecessary medications or referrals when appropriate.
